Meet Attorney Jared M. Tomassi

Attorney Jared Tomassi is committed to providing aggressive legal representation to the residents of Rhode Island with a client-focused, results-oriented and cost-effective approach to every case. Mr. Tomassi has his B.S. in criminal justice from Johnson and Wales University and his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law. Mr. Tomassi appears before the courts of the state of Rhode Island and the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island.

Mr. Tomassi is also the CEO of Forensic Business Solutions Inc., an independent insurance adjusting and private investigation company. Mr. Tomassi's experience as an independent insurance adjuster and private investigator, working directly for insurance companies throughout the country, provides him with a unique knowledge base and perspective in representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases. From his experience running Forensic Business Solutions for over a decade, he has developed valuable working insight into the insurance industry.
